School Lunch/Snack Accounts
Unfortunately due to the high proportion of overdrawn accounts and the amount of time we are having to spend chasing monies, we have decided that children whose accounts are overdrawn will no longer be allowed to have a school snack.
Can we remind you that Monday is the day we enter monies on to your child’s Lunch/Snack account, so please can you top up your child’s account in advance on a Monday for the week. Any money recieved after Monday will not be credited until the following week.
If you would like to know how much your child has spent during the week then please let us have your e-mail address, we will send e-mails on a Friday which will give you an up to date balance. If you don’t have access to e-mail please keep your child’s account topped up.
Payments can be made by cash or cheque (made payable to ‘Cheshire West and Chester Council’). All snack/lunch money will need to be sent in on a MONDAY in a named envelope (no purses), pupils can either give it to the class teacher at registration or deposit in the safe box which will be located outside the school office.
